Just got 4 pairs of new pants at khols, believe me I needed them. Question, when buying pants to you get size a bit bigger than you are or a pair that fits kinda right? If you buy a pair a bit big does that move you to lose or gain weight? If you buy size that mostly fits, maybe a bit tight, just a bit does that move you to loose weight? Think size, one size bigger move you to lose weight because pant big, what do you think?
The belt is the great equalizer I mean if you want the pants to be tight as a motivator to lose weight just tighten the belt, so buying a bit bigger than you need seems to be the best.
Also I like to get in an out, so you are in the store for no longer than fifteen minutes so if you buy big you know that they will fit, and you always have the belt as the great equalizer.
